Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in this membership program you understand that you are making the commitment for one (1) year irrespective of whether you have chosen to pay the fee pursuant to a monthly payment plan. Therefore, you agree that you are responsible for the payment of the full annual fee and that the fee paid by you (or any portions thereof) is non-refundable. Disconnected LLC reserves the right to cancel this Agreement, at any time, and return back to you a pro-rated refund of your pre-paid fees for any of the following reasons:
Mistreatment of Disconnected Staff During Consultations
Misuse or Sharing of Disconnected Proprietary Information
Unpaid Monthly Payments
By committing to the payment of “the subscription fee” in equal monthly installments over a period of 12 months or for the year, you must provide a valid credit card in connection with this annual commitment. Your credit card will be charged the fees stated at the time of purchase plus any applicable taxes each month during your subscription period. Prices are valid for each 12-month term.
The plan will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged and will automatically charge until the subscription term ends. Termination by us for failure to pay applicable subscription fees or for any other reason in accordance with the terms of this contract or cancellation or termination by you will result in the deactivation of the account and services.
